bex+Co. was born from one stylist's refusal to accept the status quo. Founder Bex Irvine started her career behind the chair, training at an iconic salon on Fifth Avenue in New York City before building her own path. After years of watching talented stylists struggle under outdated commission models, she launched bex+Co. in 2015 with a single location and a bold vision: give beauty professionals the freedom, tools, and community to become real business owners.
