Who We Are

Co-founder Matt Martin didn't set out to build a staffing franchise, he was simply trying to solve problems in his own businesses. Facing mounting overhead, employee turnover, and the challenge of finding reliable talent, he turned to offshore hiring. After trying BPOs, freelancers, and virtual assistants and finding each lacking, he built his own global hiring system from scratch. The results were immediate: reduced overhead, increased production, and full control over candidate quality.

What started as a small favor (helping friends replicate his approach) quickly became something much bigger. Word of mouth alone generated $3.5 million in revenue in just 12 months, and demand forced a formal launch. In 2022, Matt and co-founder Macky Samaco officially founded Satellite Teams, expanding into 10 countries and 10 industries. In 2025, the franchise model was introduced with FranDevCo to bring the system to entrepreneurs nationwide.
